Critical Path is unique it its ability to tightly align planning and execution. The Company has considerable intellectual property and middleware tools that enable seamless system integration at the POS. The Company’s products and services fall in three key areas:
- Strategic Marketing. Critical Path offers decision support services in the area of strategic market planning and related financial analysis. The Company assists client leadership teams assess the business case, value proposition, key success factors, pricing, and return on investment considerations for new applications or market entry strategies
- Strategic Business Development. Critical Path offers partner development and management services through the introduction to the primary market participants, Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs), their Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and third party transaction processors. The Company assists with the proper partner selection, relationship management, and service integration that are critical to bringing complete solutions to market.
- System Integration. Critical Path offers system architecture, design, development and integration support services for implementations of first and second tier merchant opportunities. Critical Path will participate in responding to published RFP’s, support customer calls, provide solution and integration engineering, and offer middleware tools to deliver optimal solutions tailored to each client’s operating environment and business objectives.
